Aida Milvydaite

Qualification: ACA CTA

Aida, who is based at our Biggleswade office, joined our tax department in August 2025.

Heavily influenced by both her Mum and Auntie, who are also accountants, Aida qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW in 2023, and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2025.

She previously worked in practice for over 7 years, assisting clients with Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, accounts preparation, VAT and cloud accounting software.

In her position at George Hay, Aida’s focus is on assisting business and private clients with tax compliance and planning, covering Income Tax, CGT, and Corporation Tax.

Complementing her tax expertise, she also has experience advising businesses on growth strategies and she is a proficient Xero user.

Outside of work, Aida loves travelling and experiencing different cultures – including learning a few local phrases wherever she goes She also enjoys sailing (when the weather is on her side) and she holds a number of sailing qualifications!
