As a firm, we are lucky to have so many long-standing members of staff who have honed their skill-sets and specialisms with us and remain a part of the team servicing our clients today.
For Sarah Dixon and Anna Rutt, this year marks their 25th anniversary with the practice.
On reaching this milestone, Sarah Dixon said: “I’m really proud to be celebrating 25 years with George Hay, having joined back in 1997 after finishing my A-Levels.
“I’m also proud to be part of a team where so many others are celebrating milestones too. It’s such a significant period of time, and so much about the industry has changed, yet I can’t quite believe how quickly it’s come around!”
Others reaching significant milestones this year include Julie Couldridge (35 years), Claire Gardiner and Colin Airey (20 years), Hayley Huckle (15 years), and Joe Kokotka (10 years).
Nearing a decade with the firm on 20 August, Joe said: “Having joined George Hay as a school-leaver, I am proud to now be a qualified Chartered Accountant and to be marking my 10th anniversary. With almost a third of the practice having exceeded 10 years, this is testament to the importance George Hay place on ensuring that hard work is rewarded with opportunities for career development, and to the wider workplace culture.
“Despite having been with George Hay for almost a decade, I can honestly say that every day is different. With time has come greater responsibility and confidence, and I’m looking forward to the continuing my career with the firm.”
Congratulations to all those celebrating career milestones this year, and we wish you continued happiness and success in your roles!
