In line with our commitment to delivering the best client experience for the businesses and individuals we work with, in conjunction with our banking and website partners, we have launched a new online payment portal.

The online portal, which can be accessed via our website here, means that you are now able to pay your invoices online quickly, and easily.

The process is similar to any other purchase you might make online; you’ll be asked to input your invoice/reference number, along with the amount you wish to pay, before providing your billing and card details so that we can process the payment.

Once your payment has gone through successfully, you’ll receive a payment notification by email, as well as confirmation from us that your payment has been received.

For those clients who would prefer to pay over the phone, this will still be possible as we can take your details and input these into the portal system on your behalf.

Important: Statements to be sent electronically

In line with our sustainability objectives we will, imminently, begin to send statements out electronically rather than by post.

Statements will be sent to the email address we currently hold on our database for each client.

If you would prefer not to receive your statement by email, or if you would like to update the email address previously supplied to us, please notify us of this as soon as possible.
