A lot has changed in the past 12 months, least of all the way we’re all going about our daily lives at present. It’s made us feel a bit nostalgic, and we’ve been thinking about what we were up to around this time last year.
By the end of June 2019, we had marked two huge milestones in our firms history; 80 years in business and the 25th anniversary of our office in Huntingdon.
Both these events were celebrated with large get-together’s, involving staff, their families, our peers and long-standing clients – the idea of which probably feels a little alien to most of us at the moment.
Whilst not without challenges, we have pulled together as a team to ensure that our clients continue to receive the same high quality service – regardless of our whereabouts.
As the world returns to normal, whatever that normal may eventually look like, we are confident that we remain in a strong position to continue to support our clients and their best interests.
We are lucky to have a strong team of professionals behind the George Hay name, over a quarter of whom have been with us for over 20 years and, even in these challenging times, we have still been able to grow our team, with the addition of five new faces this year.
