We currently have an administrative position available at our Huntingdon office. The position will encompass a variety of clerical responsibilities, including client administration.
The position is available for an immediate start; however, we appreciate that it may be necessary for a successful applicant to work their notice under an existing contract of employment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Typing for a professional firm, to include letters, reports and professional documents
- The production of invoices utilising the firm’s software applications
- Client administration including filing documents with starter agencies such as Companies House
- Greeting visitors to our offices
- General administrative tasks
Key competencies required:
- Good communication
- Very good typing skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, and good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Personable manner
- Works well as part of a team
The position is more than that of a general typist and requires the successful applicant to liaise with many and varied clients of the firm. The successful applicant will be directly involved in upholding the administrative procedures and processes associated with client engagements.
The available position is part-time. Our preferred hours would be 9:00am – 3:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, but alternative hours may be considered upon request.
