Biggleswade Office Update

Following a fire at our Biggleswade office, restoration works remain ongoing. We would like to reassure all clients that no client files, records or important documents were damaged, and your information remains safe and secure.

Our team continues to work as normal, either remotely or from our other office locations, and we remain fully operational. Whilst restoration works are being completed, telephone calls to the Biggleswade office may take slightly longer to be answered or transferred than usual, and we appreciate your patience.

If you need to deliver records or paperwork to our Biggleswade office, you may continue to do so, as a member of staff will be available on-site to receive them. Our other offices remain open and operating as normal.

We would like to thank our clients for their understanding and continued support during this period. We also extend our sincere thanks to Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service for their professionalism and assistance.

We look forward to welcoming clients back to our Biggleswade office once the remaining works have been completed and will provide further updates as appropriate.
