Return of the Jubliee Shield

“Not every day is the same, and the variety of different clients and business types that we get to work alongside bring exciting challenges and opportunities to learn. With 9 years’ experience under my belt, before joining George Hay, the firm gave me an opportunity to further my career and to continue to enjoy the elements of practice life which I had appreciated previously.”

“From starting as a trainee and progressing to audit manager and then partner the firm has always maintained its personal approach to clients and staff, treating all as individuals and trying to do the best for everyone.”

“George Hay is a well-respected accountancy practice with a great team of knowledgeable professionals so when I learnt about their apprenticeship programmes, I knew there would be a lot of support throughout the training. If accountancy is a path you’d like to take, George Hay provide all of the support you will need to be able to gain your qualification and to continue your professional development even after that point. They are a friendly and approachable team, always willing to help and will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your role.”

“Our key contact at the Payroll Bureau is always accessible, responsive and professional. Since joining George Hay this year, especially during our lockdown period, their service has been second to none. ”

“They are so much more than just an accountancy firm. George Hay have been our accountants and auditors following the completion of our first year in existence."

“It was important to me to find a partnership with an accountant that I could be sure would not only look after my company finances, but that would act as a wider business partner too.”

“Their website information updates keep you constantly informed.”

“Knowing I had this support system in place was really reassuring.”

“Accountancy matters all seamlessly integrated.”

"George Hay helped with our initial management buyout. The bank we used wanted a full time FD in place, but by using George Hay we were able to provide timely, accurate information both for internal and external purposes, fulfilling the role we required."

"I would highly recommend George Hay to all who are looking for professional, customised and value-based accountancy services."
