Our annual team conference took place at Shuttleworth House and The Swiss Gardens on 5 June; a chance for us all to meet in one place for a strategic company update, lunch and an entertaining activity arranged by the partners.
This annual event not only fosters a strong sense of community within the firm but also reinforces the partners’ commitment to the professional and personal development of the wider team.
The partners delivered a review of the past year’s achievements and covered plans for the year ahead, emphasising the importance of meeting the needs of our clients, working together to be the best we can be, and being open to new opportunities.
In the afternoon, we split into teams to seek out the answers to some cryptic clues based on things that could be seen or found in The Swiss Gardens. Though the weather was not entirely on our side, the competitive spirits were not dampened, and we all had a great time!
The conference was concluded with a delicious buffet lunch, giving colleagues the chance to socialise and unwind in a relaxed environment.
