We kick-started April with a visit to the Digital Accountancy Show 2025, at Evolution Battersea.
Cloud software champions – Sam Selly, and Sarah Kenyon – and our Business Development Manager, Ashleigh Morgan, joined thousands of other accounting and bookkeeping professionals to speak to some of the leading software vendors about their latest product developments, to learn more about where the industry is headed, and to hear about how the profession can best support clients in the coming months.
Artificial Intelligence (AI), ‘next gen’ accountancy, and MTD were all key themes across many of the keynote talks and panel discussions; from assistants, agents and apps to automate workflows, to business process outsourcing, and the behavioural shift required by MTD for ITSA, a vast amount of content was covered.
We also had conversations with a number of key vendors about provisions for the next phase of MTD, accounting solutions for e-commerce businesses, and tools to improve document exchange with clients.
As a firm we pride ourselves on always looking ahead, and ensuring our services keep up with the demands of the businesses we work with, so we are looking forward to developing the new ideas and inspiration that we’ve bought back to the office.
