Rosie Rafferty

Rosie joined George Hay in 2022, as a Trainee Accountant based at our Letchworth office.

Rosie initially embarked upon a career as an Engineering Geologist, having achieved a MSc in Engineering Geology from Imperial College London.

In 2015 she opted for a career change and joined a bookkeeping practice where she worked for 6 years, supporting her own portfolio of clients with monthly bookkeeping and reporting, VAT returns and Xero.

With this prior experience, Rosie is joining us with the hopes of becoming a Chartered Accountant and is currently studying towards AAT L4.

When Rosie isn’t in the office, she appreciates getting out in the countryside with her dog and spending time with her husband, and two children (which often involves taxi-ing her children to various activities).

She also likes running and enjoys lively discussions with her book club!
