Sam Marr

Qualification: ACCA

Sam, who is based at our Letchworth office, joined George Hay in October 2020 as a Senior Accountant.

Sam achieved his AAT qualification first, in February 2013 and later, in 2018, completed his ACCA qualification.

He brings with him around 9 years of practice experience and he has worked for a few different firms across the Home Counties.

In his current role, Sam works with limited companies and unincorporated businesses, supporting them with accounts preparation and related tax compliance matters.

When he isn’t at work, he likes to follow the Formula 1 and is a keen Saracens fan, as well as finding time to be a voluntary youth worker. Sam also confesses that food and gin are two of his favourite things!
