Earlier this month, the Chancellor Rachel Reeves confirmed that she would deliver her Autumn Budget on 26th November. In a video address, she suggested that whilst work had been done to ‘fix the foundations’, there was plenty still to be done to ensure that the economy works better for working people.
HM Treasury has also launched the Budget representation portal where you can submit comments on existing policy for consideration in the Budget. The portal will close at 23:59 on Wednesday 15 October. The representations will be collated and shared with HMT policy officials.
